Journalist private access

Here is an example of journalist private access:

• The journalist can update their media profile
• They can search for a customer PR as shown below in blue.
• The most important thing that they can access is a complete press release, by clicking on the PFID number as displayed in red above.

• Please note your journalist can download all the images and the Doc. TXT file at the bottom of the press release in green below.
• It is important to remind your journalist they can consult their private access each time they receive a press release from us. And also, they can indicate to us if they are interested in publishing or not. This is how the system automatically updates the Status A or N in the Affected Journalists of press file below in blue.
