Customer’s private access - media plan
In their customer private access our clients can follow all the Media plan activities we are doing. In their Main Menu by placing the mouse on Media Plan, they can select 3 interfaces: DASHBOARD, YEARLY SCHEDULE and ADVERTISING MONITORING, as displayed below.

DASHBOARD
In Dashboard they can access the complete listing of the current or former advertising campaigns. To consult a media plan the customer needs to click on the reference number, as shown below in green.

Once in the selected media plan they can sort the information using the filters below in purple. By clicking on the U below in blue they can upload advertisement material and send it to us, they can download their uploaded files and the vouchers by clicking on the D and V, as shown below in green. Then in red below they have the possibility to download these reports.

YEARLY SCHEDULE

In Yearly Schedule above the customers can:
- In orange: filter the campaign per time period, by media plans and by (BU) Business unit groups if needed.
- In green: by scrolling in the green drop-down box they can sort the campaign per media.
- In red: they can see the Global reach by type of advertisements, the number of media and the number of issues.
- In purple: they have a real overview of the cost per month by type of advertisements.
- In blue: they can download an Excel report.

ADVERTISING MONITORING
In Advertising Monitoring the customers can access the information below:

- In orange: filter the media plans by campaign, by time period and by date, if needed.
- In purple: they have an overview of the click’s statistics by media.
- Impressions: How many times your banner appears on a website.
- Send: How many subscribers received the enewsletter of this media.
- Openers: in the case of newsletters; how many people have opened the newsletter.
- Clicks: How many clicks are your home page banner, enews banner or advertorial getting.
- CTR: Click Through Rate.
- CPT: Cost Per Thousand.
- CPC: Cost Per Click.
Finally, the more statistics we have about our campaigns, the more our clients will have a clear vision of the results that advertising campaigns can offer, and also for us in order to advise customers as well as possible.
